End User License Agreement — Fentress Books MCP Last updated: June 3, 2026

1. Private use. Fentress Books MCP is proprietary software operated by Fentress Carpentry LLC for its own internal accounting. No license is granted to the public, and the app is not distributed to third parties.

2. Authorized use. The app may only be used by Fentress Carpentry LLC and its authorized personnel to access the company's own QuickBooks Online data.

3. No warranty. The software is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. Fentress Carpentry LLC is not liable for any damages arising from its use.

4. QuickBooks data. All accounting data accessed remains the property of Fentress Carpentry LLC within its QuickBooks Online company. Use of the QuickBooks Online API is subject to Intuit's own terms.

5. Termination. Access may be revoked at any time by disconnecting the app in Intuit's account settings.
